Abstract

A cartridge has lower and upper plates, vertically oriented front, rear and side plates and a rotatable cylindrical core supported adjacent to its ends between the side plates. A roll of paper constitutes covers attached to the core. A free end extends through the opening and terminates at a forward end of a seat. The paper is comprised of consecutive lengths separated by transverse perforations with a tab centrally located and forwardly extending. Each length has a lower surface with an adhesive.
