In the first stage, the input image is preprocessed, and residual features are extracted from the preprocessed input image using a residual super-resolution network. In the second stage, the tampered image is first preprocessed and then input into the trained residual super-resolution network to obtain residual features and the super-resolution image. Next, frequency domain features are extracted from the super-resolution image, and then fused with the residual features to obtain cross-domain features. Multi-scale features are extracted from these cross-domain features. Finally, prediction masks for the multi-scale features are obtained through convolution and upsampling operations. Each prediction mask is transformed to the same dimension through convolution operations and then summed point-by-point to obtain a predicted segmentation map, completing the blind forensics process. Super-resolution of the tampered image into a high-resolution image improves the network's ability to recognize small targets; and full utilization of frequency domain information in the tampered image to obtain tampering artifacts improves the network's ability to detect tampered regions.
