The invention provides an 
electromagnetic shielding optical window based on a multicycle 
metal circular ring nested array, and belongs to the technical field of 
electromagnetic shielding. A set of concentric 
metal circular ring pairs and another 
metal circular rings are respectively ranked and tightly connected and distributed in an equilateral triangle mode to form two-dimensional metal meshes and are distributed in a cross mode, and the two-dimensional metal meshes are loaded to the surface of a transparent substrate of the optical window, wherein the 
diameter of the concentric circular ring pairs and the 
diameter of another metal circular rings are different; the concentric circular ring pairs and internally-tangent communicated sub circular rings contained inside the concentric circular ring pairs form a basic circular ring array, another circular rings form a modulated circular ring array, and the basic circular ring array and the modulated circular ring array jointly form the multicycle metal circular ring nested array, wherein the 
diameter of the concentric circular ring pairs and the diameter of another metal circular rings are different. It is guaranteed that all the circular rings are mutually conductive by overlapping lines or arranging metal which guarantees reliable 
electrical connection between metal ring points of tangency at joints where the circular rings are tangently communicated. By the arrangement of the relation of the diameters and the positions of all the circular rings in the circular ring nested array, through the 
metal mesh structure, distribution unevenness of high-level 
diffraction light intensity of the meshes can be remarkably reduced, 
stray light caused by 
diffraction is more evenly distributed, and the influence on imaging is smaller.
