This application discloses a
sputum suction
nursing device for
lung infections, belonging to the field of medical devices. The device includes a suction
nozzle, a negative pressure mechanism at one end of the suction
nozzle, a suction tube at the other end of the suction
nozzle, and a collection bag for collecting
sputum. The collection bag is attached to the suction tube, and a three-way connector fixedly inserted into the collection bag and communicating with the suction tube. The end of the three-way connector away from the suction tube is connected to the suction nozzle. By designing the collection bag on the suction tube, making it a disposable item along with the suction tube, the risk of the suction nozzle being contaminated by
sputum is greatly reduced. On the one hand, this avoids
bacterial growth due to incomplete cleaning, ensuring the health and safety of patients and reducing the possibility of cross-infection. On the other hand, it avoids discomfort experienced by the person cleaning the sputum-contaminated suction nozzle, improving the operational experience of
medical staff or nurses. Simultaneously, the use of disposable components improves the overall
hygiene standards of the
nursing process and enhances the patient's user experience.
