This invention discloses a method for preparing
silver paste for a
mobile phone speaker diaphragm, belonging to the field of
mobile phone acoustic component preparation technology. First, a compound binder is placed in a constant-temperature stirrer, and a
toughening agent is added. The mixture is stirred for 40-50 minutes at 70-90°C and a stirring speed of 500-510 r / min, resulting in a binder-
toughening agent mixture. Next, based on this mixture, a compound
solvent is added to adjust the
viscosity of the mixture at 25°C to 5000 mPa·s. The
viscosity is then measured using an NDJ-1
rotational viscometer at a rotation speed of 60 r / min. The test was conducted under the conditions of / min and
shear rate; and after adjustment, the temperature of the mixing
system was reduced to 50-60℃, and stirring was continued for 20-30 minutes for curing treatment, and the cured bonding
system was output; based on this, the present invention optimizes the entire process of
silver paste preparation, adds a special
toughening agent to the bonding
system, and fully integrates the toughening agent and the binder through constant temperature curing treatment, which effectively improves the
brittleness of the
silver paste after film formation, and at the same time precisely adjusts the
viscosity and
thixotropy of the silver paste to adapt to the ultra-thin characteristics of the diaphragm and the application scenarios of
high frequency reciprocating vibration.
