endoscope based on convective heat exchange. The high-definition 3D
endoscope comprises an
endoscope body, a head end
steering system, a high-definition equivalent
prism module, a self-focusing leading-in part connector, a self-focusing illumination
light transmission system and an air convective heat exchange
system. The center line of the lens group in the 3D high-definition equivalent
prism module is perpendicular to the right-angle input surface of the equivalent
prism and does not pass through the center of the right-angle input surface of the equivalent prism, so that the problem of 3D image
linearization between an object space and an image space is solved; the corrugated
pipe of the bending part of the endoscope is combined with the
steering system at the head end, so that the high-definition 3D endoscope has any viewing angle between 0 degree and 70 degrees; a self-focusing illumination
light transmission technology enables the focus of an illumination
light field to be consistent with the focus of an
image view field, so that the illumination
light field is larger and more uniform; the
air convection heat exchange
system conveys air to the head end of the endoscope, heat generated by the imaging
chip, the
signal processing circuit board and the illumination light arranged at the head end in the dodging lens group is taken away in a
convection heat exchange mode, and the problems that the temperature of the lens end of the endoscope is high and the lens is atomized are solved.
