This invention relates to the interdisciplinary field of
biology teaching and
computer animation, specifically disclosing a method,
system, device, and storage medium for creating a 3D
animation of the cellular
respiratory chain. The method includes: acquiring three-dimensional structural data of proteins related to the cellular
respiratory chain; generating corresponding three-dimensional
protein models based on the three-dimensional structural data; constructing a three-dimensional
animation scene containing a dynamic demonstration of
electron transport processes based on the
protein three-dimensional models; rendering the three-dimensional
animation scene and synthesizing it with explanatory audio to generate a micro-lesson video. This invention solves the problem that traditional planar and static teaching methods struggle to intuitively present spatial hierarchy and
reaction sequence, avoids excessive
cognitive load on students due to abstract teaching content, improves the intuitiveness and accuracy of teaching, and reduces learning difficulty.
