The invention discloses a nano loaded titanium-based electric catalytic film comprising a conductive microporous separating titanium film matrix and a catalytic coating. Furthermore, the invention also discloses a preparation method of the nano loaded titanium-based electric catalytic film, which comprises the following steps of: (1) preprocessing the titanium film matrix by sand blasting, alkali washing, and acid etching: soaking the matrix after sand blasting in an NaOH solution for 0.5 to 2h, then processing for 1 to 2h in an oxalic acid solution with the mass percent concentration of 10 percent after washing to a neutral state, washing with water and drying at 100 to 120 DEG C; and (2) preparing and loading a catalytic coating: preparing the catalytic coating by adopting a sol-gel method, a thermal decomposition method, an electrodeposition method or a chemical vapor deposition method and loading at the surface of the titanium film matrix and in a hole. Furthermore, the invention also discloses a film reactor comprising the nano loaded titanium-based electric catalytic film. According to the nano loaded titanium-based electric catalytic film, the defects on material strength, range limitation of working voltage, catalytic oxidation efficacy and the like in the prior art are solved.

Active carbon for super capacitor and a preparation method thereof

The invention relates to an electrode material for an electrochemical super capacitor, more particularly to an active carbon for the super capacitor and a preparation method thereof. The inventive active carbon for the super capacitor is obtained by the steps of drying, carbonizing and activating starch that is taken as raw material. The preparation method thereof comprises the following steps of: 1) drying moisture in the starch; 2) putting the dried starch in an electric resistance furnace to be heated up to 350-550 DEG C under the protection of an inert gas, keeping constant temperature for 1-4 hours, and taking out after cooling to obtain a carbonizing material; 3) grinding and mixing the carbonizing material with potassium hydroxide saturated solution uniformly, drying the moisture and putting the mixture in the electric resistance furnace to be heated up to 750-850 DEG C under the protection of the inert gas, keeping constant temperature for 1-4 hours, and taking out the mixture after cooling to be ground, washing to a neutral state and drying to obtain the active carbon; the proportion by weight of the carbonizing material to potassium hydroxide solid is 1:4-8. The invention has extensive source of the raw materials, high specific surface area of the prepared active carbon and low production cost.

Cellulose fiber liquid ammonia dyeing method

The invention provides a cellulose fiber liquid ammonia dyeing method, which concretely comprises: adopting a cation modification agent and NaOH to treat cellulose fibers, sequentially carrying out hot water washing, cold water washing and acid washing, carrying out water washing to achieve a neutral state, and drying to obtain cationization cellulose fibers; and dissolving a dye capable of being dissolved in liquid ammonia in liquid ammonia, and immersing the prepared cationization cellulose fibers into the liquid ammonia dyeing solution to dye under a certain condition to obtain the dyed subject, wherein the condition comprises that a dye use amount is more than or equal to 10% (o.m.f), a bath ratio is more than or equal to 1:20, and a dyeing time is more than or equal to 20 seconds. With the present invention, problems of high production process energy consumption and heavy water pollution in the existing cellulose fiber dyeing are solved, a dye uptake rate and a color fixation rate of the dye in liquid ammonia dyeing are increased, a dye use amount is saved, advantages of less dyeing process steps, short dyeing time, recycling of dyed dye, environmental pollution reduction, and the like are provided, and waterless dyeing requirements during a fiber dyeing process can be achieved.

A marine vessel propulsion system includes first and second propulsion devices arranged to be mounted on a hull so as to enable a steering angle to change, a first operation lever arranged to be operated by a marine vessel maneuvering operator to control the first propulsion device to have a shift state selected from among a forward drive state, a neutral state, and a reverse drive state and to control a power output of the first propulsion device, a second operation lever arranged to be operated by the marine vessel maneuvering operator to control the second propulsion device to have a shift state selected from among a forward drive state, a neutral state, and a reverse drive state and to control a power output of the second propulsion device, a first lever position sensor arranged to detect a position of the first operation lever, a second lever position sensor arranged to detect a position of the second operation lever, and a control unit. The control unit is programmed to set a target pivoting speed according to the positions of the first and second operation levers relative to each other and set a target travel speed according to amounts of displacement of the first and second operation levers with respect to neutral positions. The control unit is also programmed to control the steering angles, shift states, and propulsive forces of the respective first and second propulsion devices such that the hull pivots at the target pivoting speed and travels at the target travel speed.

The invention discloses a method for simultaneous removal and recovery of heavy metal ions and organic acid by using s chelating resin, belonging to the field of resource treatment of heavy metal and organic acid composite wastewater. The invention comprises the following steps: (1) regulating the pH value of composite wastewater containing heavy metal ions and organic acid, pumping the wastewater into an adsorption columns packed with chelating resin, wherein metal removal rate is greater than 56%, the removal rate of organic acid is more than 58%, and the chelating resin is chelating resin containing primary amine groups; (2) conducting desorption on the chelating resin from the step (1) by a conventional inorganic acid desorption agent, and recovering a mixed solution of high concentration heavy metals and organic acid; stopping the desorption when no heavy metal or organic acid is detected in outlet water; and washing the resin after desorption to a neutral state for reuse. The invention is applicable to the simultaneous great reduction of concentrations of heavy metals and organic acid pollution and recovery of high concentration heavy metal ion and organic acid resources, so as to realize harmless treatment and resource recycling of the composite pollutants.
