The conjugated diene carboxylic acid includes at least one compound having the structure shown in Formula III: wherein X and Y are each independently selected from H, -RO-COOH, substituted or unsubstituted C1-10 saturated hydrocarbon groups, etc., and at least one of X and Y is -RO-COOH; RO represents a directly bonded or C1-10 saturated hydrocarbon group. The electrolyte solute of this application, comprising an olefinic cyclohexene carboxylic acid compound with unsaturated hydrocarbon functional groups, can both improve the flash voltage of the electrolyte and maintain low viscosity and high conductivity.
