Abstract

The invention relates to a method to make the inner material of automobile. The inner material includes upper foundation and under foundation. The method is the following: prepare upper foundation and under foundation; heat under foundation and put it below the upper foundation; move spraying spout forward upper foundation and stick it into under foundation. The spraying spout is inside the under model and has air bore for inpouring air. Heat the upper foundation and put it on the under foundation. Move the under foundation toward the upper foundation so as to press the two foundations and form jointing part. Inject air to between upper foundation and under foundation except the jointing part to form air bed. Designing as it, the invention supplies a making method for inner material so that to supply more kinds of design, and it is simple to finish producing.
