Abstract

The pick-up head includes image sensor, microcontroller, interface module of image sensor, image processing module, image compression module and USB module. Receiving image data collected by image sensor, the interface module of image sensor transfers image data to the image processing module, image compression module or USB module. The USB module receives image data in each module and outputs the image data. The image compression module includes header generation module, kernel-encoding module, storage module, and selection module. The said storage module is in use for storing multiple image compression methods. The selection module is in use for controlling image compression method working for the kernel-encoding module. Based on selection of the selection module, the header generation module and the kernel-encoding module are in use for reading out relevant image compression method to carry out corresponding process for inputted image data.
