The invention discloses a database query system with the intelligence query ability and a method. The system provided by the invention comprises an intelligence memory vault, a database and an analysis query module. After a user inputs query objects, firstly the intelligence memory vault searches whether a corresponding query exists; if such a query exists, the database is searched to find out the query, if such a query does not exist, the query objects are sent to the analysis query module to generate a plurality of queries and the database is inquired to calculate the scores of corresponding query compositions so as to find out the query with little query cost which is recorded in the intelligence memory vault. Afterwards, if the user inquires again with the same query object, the query can be automatically chosen to inquire data, which avoids the decreased query benefits of the database due to the usage of the query with worse benefits to inquire the database.
