Abstract

The invention discloses a driving device of half-bridge type, which comprises a push-pull control chip as well as a first control signal and a second control signal with output duty cycles less than 50 percent. A driving circuit is coupled with the push-pull control chip and a DC power for receiving the first and second control signals; a switch component of half-bridge type formed by two transistors with field effect having N channels is also included by the invention. The switch component of half-bridge type is coupled with the DC power, the driving circuit and a transformer and is controlled by the driving circuit.
