Abstract

The invention relates to a line butt-welding thermocouple and a measuring-correcting method. The thermocouple consists of a butt-welding thermocouple wire, thermocouple wire joints, a thin steel wire, a supporting block, fixing bolts, springs and a lead. Two thin steel tubes are fixed on the supporting block through the fixing bolts; wherein, one steel tube acts as a fixing arm and the position of the steel tube keeps unchanged when measuring; the other steel tube acts as a movable arm which can move freely; the upper ends of the fixing arm and the movable arm are respectively provided with the thermocouple wire joints; one end of the thermocouple wire joint is connected with the lead passing through the thin steel tube; two ends of the thermocouple wire are respectively fixed on the thermocouple wire joints by thin bolts; the tail ends of the fixing arm and the movable arm are sheathed with the springs; the measuring error caused by the heat expansion of the thermocouple wire can be removed by the adjustment on the position of the movable arm through the springs. By using the thermocouple to directly measure a flame temperature field, big heat conducting and radiation errors exist; while using the measuring method and a computer correcting procedure of the invention to correct the measuring result of the line butt-welding thermocouple can maximally reduce the error when in the mixing process.
