Abstract

The invention discloses a small numerical control integrated laser with multi-wavelength, which is composed of the two parts that are an integrated laser and a numerical control system. A plurality of solid lasers and semiconductor lasers with small volumes are integrated in the integrated laser. The range of wavelength can be discretely distributed between 400nm and 900nm according to the demand, each laser with various wavelengths can be output through the same SMA905 port in a timesharing way. The numerical control system is communicated with an upper computer by a serial port, so that a user can switch the wavelength of the laser according to a digital command and also can control the power of the laser with the same wavelength by the digital command; the numerical control system automatically detects the temperature of each laser module and guarantees the stability of delivered power by controlling the stable current temperature of a refrigerating module. The system also realizesthe alarms and protections of temperature excursion, over current and overpressure. The user can realize dead-stop of the laser by a hardware switch on the plate or the digital command, thus leading the laser to be a standby which does not output laser. The numerical control integrated laser with multi-wavelength is small in volume, light in weight and low in power consumption, which is suitable for light sources of various apparatuses and can be moveably used.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of laser applications, in particular to a small digitally controlled multi-wavelength integrated laser. Background technique [0002] As the representative of the third-generation laser technology, fiber lasers, with the continuous improvement of performance, various types of fiber lasers have begun to seize some markets that were previously firmly occupied by traditional lasers. Fiber laser has some advantages that are favored by end users, such as ease of use, high precision, high stability and flexible use, so the application market of fiber laser is growing rapidly. Among fiber lasers, semiconductor lasers occupy a considerable share in existing products due to their small size and low cost. At present, its relevant technical level and production process are very mature, and the laser wavelengths that can be produced are distributed from violet to infrared. However, due to essential problems such as material pro...
