Abstract

The invention relates to a transferring device of a novel bar or pipe hexagon forming device, which comprises a decelerating motor (1) and a plurality of transferring mechanisms which are lengthwise arranged at intervals. Each transferring mechanism comprises a bracket (5), a sliding rail (4), a trolley (1), a transferring rod (13), a hoist cylinder (15), a slide board (11), a baffle plate (14), amain shaft (2), a drive sprocket (6), a driven sprocket (12), an expansion sprocket (18) and a roller chain (19). The sliding rail (4) is transversely installed at the upper part of the bracket (5) and the wheels of the trolley (1) are embedded into the sliding rail (4). The front end of the transferring rod (13) is articulated with the trolley (1) by a pin roll II (23). The middle of the transferring rod (13) is articulated with the piston rod of the hoist cylinder (15) by a pin roll I (22) and the hoist cylinder (15) is articulated with the trolley (1). The slide board (11) is combined at the middle and the back of the top surface of the transferring rod (13), furthermore, the baffle plate (14) is upwards connected at the middle of the top surface of the transferring rod (13) and the main shaft (2) is installed at the front lower part of the bracket (5).
