The current regulator comprises a current regulating circuit, a current regulating circuit controller and a current sensor which form the closed-loop control circuit of the output current of the fuel battery. The power regulator of the composite power source of the fuel battery further comprises a voltage predictor controller of the fuel battery. The power regulator regulates the power output by the fuel battery, thus leading the fuel battery to output electric energy with rating output power when the load changes. The power regulator not only can ensure the fuel battery to provide stable electric energy for the load, but also can effectively improve the service life of the fuel battery.
