Abstract

The invention relates to a SO2 gas preservation device for storage and transportation of grapes. Two anti-corrosion plastic pipelines are connected between a grape container and the device, a gas outlet hole and a gas inlet hole of a storage container are respectively connected with a gas inlet hole and a gas outlet hole of a booster fan, the pipelines are further connected with a SO2 liquid storage tank and a humidifier, a gas concentration detection system and a humidity detection system are arranged at a gas inlet pipeline. The device consists of the booster fan, the SO2 liquid storage tank, a closed thermal insulation pipeline, the air humidifier, a storage environmental SO2 concentration detection instrument, a relative humidity detection instrument and an electrical control cabinet. The concentration and the relative humidity of SO2 in the storage container are controlled by a monitoring system of the SO2 concentration and relative humidity detection instruments, and the system is a whole system which runs automatically; and the pipelines and the storage container are integrated, the sealing property is high, the operation is convenient, the device is inexpensive and the preservation cost is low. As the device strictly detects and controls the gas concentration, the relative humidity and other environmental factors in the storage container, the quality of the grapes during storage and transportation is ensured.
