Problems solved by technology

The abuse of antibacterial drugs has directly led to the increase of drug-resistant bacteria year by year, and the incidence of nosocomial infections has continued to rise
If the standardization and rational use of drugs are not strengthened, once the outbreak of drug-resistant infectious diseases occurs, there will be an embarrassing situation where there is no cure

[0052]1.1 Source and identification of strains

[0053] The 80 strains were all clinical samples isolated from patients between January 2006 and October 2007, including: 53 samples of sputum, 8 samples of urine, 4 samples of bile, 5 samples of pus, 4 samples of drainage fluid, and 3 samples of blood , 3 throat swabs. All strains were identified by ATB bacteria identification instrument and then sampled for later use.

Abstract

The invention discloses a detection method for drug resistant genes of Klebsiella pneumoniae against belta-lactamase, pertaining to the technical field of gene detection methods. The detection method comprises the following steps: 1. Klebsiella pneumoniae strains of inpatients are selected and sampling for backup is carried out after strain identification is carried out to all strains using bacteria identifying apparatus; 2. the sensitivity of antibacterials is determined by adopting the micro dilution method so as to judge the sensitivity of antibiotic; and 3. drug resistant genes are detected by adopting a PCR method and belta-lactamase drug resistant genes are checked and DNA positive strains are selected for carrying out sequencing analysis. The detection method finds the drug resistant genes resulting in the resistance of Klebsiella pneumoniae to belta lactam drugs by carrying out a systematical and complete research on the drug resistant mechanism of the Klebsiella pneumoniae, thus having important value for instructing the clinical and reasonable use of antibacterials, being capable of reducing the infection rate in a hospital, reducing mortality rate and saving social medical resources, and having good social and economic benefits.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a gene detection method, in particular to a gene detection method for Klebsiella pneumoniae drug resistance to β-lactamase. Background technique [0002] The history of the development of antibacterial drugs is a history of human beings fighting against bacteria. Humans continue to develop new drugs, and bacteria change their structures to fight against antibacterial drugs. The abuse of antibacterial drugs has led to an increasing proportion of drug-resistant bacteria, and the degree of drug resistance is getting higher and higher. The speed of new drug development is far behind the speed of bacterial drug resistance. Abuse of antimicrobials is a worldwide problem, especially in my country. According to statistics, the proportion of antimicrobial drugs used among inpatients in my country accounts for 60%-70% of inpatients, and only 20% in the United States. The abuse of antibacterial drugs has directly led to the increase of...
