The protocol units form a multicast list; the multicast list is transmitted to a transmission mapping unit; the protocol unit transmits the multicast list to all member protocol units participating in the multicast unit; the transmission mapping unit establishes the mapping relation between a multicast number of the multicast list and an actual transmission address of the transmission mapping unit according to the multicast list and existing information; and when the transmission mapping unit receives a message requiring to perform multicast transmission by the multicast number, the message is transmitted to all members required by the multicast.
