Abstract

The invention relates to an accelerating reactor for accelerating the ageing of the performance of a plastic film by utilizing aerobic or anaerobic composting of high water content sludge. The accelerating reactor is characterized by consisting of a main reaction tank system, a temperature maintaining and controlling system, an agitation system, a ventilation and oxygen control system, a filtrate recharge system and a material accelerating ageing sample bearing system; wherein a main reaction tank of the main reaction tank system is divided into a reaction chamber and a filtrate collecting chamber; in the temperature maintaining and controlling system, an air heat exchanger is positioned in the middle of a blast pipeline, and a temperature sensor is arranged at the outer side of the main reaction tank and extends into the reaction chamber; a motor of the agitation system is positioned at the upper part of the main reaction tank, and an agitating vane is arranged inside the reaction chamber; in the ventilation and oxygen control system, an exhaust hole is positioned above a tank body, and an air inlet is arranged under the tank body; the filtrate recharge system is arranged outside the tank body; the material accelerating ageing sample bearing system is arranged on the side wall of the main reaction tank. The accelerating reactor can greatly shorten the plastic ageing test which generally can be realized for one year or a longer time, so as to improve the working efficiency and shorten the study period.
