The resource analysis module is used for dispatching the physical machines and/or the virtual machines in the system to execute operations according to the required quantity and computer resource using conditions in the system. The equipment, the method and the system can provide uniform dispatching operation for the physical machines and the virtual machines in the system, and sufficiently utilize resources of the system.
