Embodiment Construction

[0042] A technical solution for fastening rails to wooden or concrete sleepers reliably and quickly, which includes two main components. The first component is to apply the required force to the rail base ( figure 1 , position 1.3) a metal pressure piece ( image 3 ), or a fastener. The shape of the metal pressure piece-fastener is an equilateral trapezoid, and its longer side ( image 3 Position 2.1) buckles along a specific radius to allow it to bend along the backing plate ( figure 1 , position 1.4) and track base ( figure 1 , position 1.3) slides smoothly. The metal pressure piece-fastener ( image 3 ) is also buckled in the same direction as the longer side, but its buckled edge ( image 3 , position 3.2) is sharp or at a 90-degree angle. This edge is designed to be in the groove ( Figure 4 , in position 4.2).

[0043] In the metal pressure piece-fastener ( image 3 , position 3.1) The compression surface formed by the buckling of the shorter side ( image 3 ,...

Abstract

Fastening of rails on wooden or concrete sleepers by a metal pressure plate - clip in the form of a trapezoid (1.5) and a plastic tie-plate (1.4). The metal pressure plate - clip and the plastic tie-plate constitute an entirety, and provides a continuous pressure along its entire edge (2.1). The edge leaning on the rail base is formed in the way to enable a smooth gliding along the rail base during pulling on, preventing unnecessary resistance and damage. The other, narrower side of the pressure plate is formed in the way that it has a fixation edge at its end (3.2), preventing any shifting. The plastic tie-plate has a fixation groove at its outer end (4.2) in which the narrower, outer end of the pressure plate enters. The groove is formed in the way that it forms a firm connection with the outer end of the metal pressure plate - clip, so that taking out of the pressure plate is not possible. The tie-plate also contains a bigger groove (4.4), which allows deformation of the pressure plate during dismounting.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for fastening a track to a sleeper with an elastic fastener. According to the International Patent Classification, the present invention belongs to the field of E 01 B 9 / 28. Background technique [0002] Fastening the rails to the sleepers is a time-consuming, difficult but important task that requires the involvement of a large number of workers or the use of very specialized machines. The work of fastening the track to the sleeper is actually carried out at the location where the track is located. The fastening of the track with spiral spikes is a very time-consuming work, and the quality and stability of the connection are difficult to inspect. Besides having a large number of spikes to be tightened, there is also a high chance that some of them are not tightened at all or not sufficiently tightened, which, combined with the vibrations caused by the train, may eventually cause others to be loosened and weakened Fa...
