The method comprises the following steps: 1) extracting total alkaloids; 2) separating the picrinine to obtain Fr-A containing the picrinine, a light yellow solid Fr-B, a grey white solid Fr-C and yellowish acicular crystals Fr-D, preparing achromatic acicular crystals from the Fr-D part, and recrystallizing by acetone to obtain achromatic acicular crystals, namely a picrinine pure product which is the picrinine reference substance.
