Embodiment Construction

[0042] Examples see Figure 1 ~ Figure 2 As shown, a composite concrete rectangular caisson basin is formed by excavating the inner soil 10 after enclosing the near-shore soil in the water area with an enclosure structure. The enclosure structure is a group of rectangular caissons 1 that are respectively submerged in sections A U-shaped structure composed of the back wall, the opening of the U-shaped structure faces the river, and a continuous reinforced concrete roof 7 is cast on the top surface of the U-shaped structure. The bottom surface of the prefabricated concrete connecting beam 8 is close to the bottom surface of the harbor basin 9, and the cavities of the group of rectangular caissons 1 are successively a rubble layer 4, a back-sealing concrete layer 5 and a backfill sand layer 6 from bottom to top.

[0043] The set of rectangular caissons 1 are prefabricated reinforced concrete caissons or prefabricated steel caissons.

Abstract

The invention relates to a combined concrete rectangular sunk well basin and a construction method thereof. The combined concrete rectangular sunk well basin is formed by enclosing the river channel offshore soil body by an enclosing structure and digging to remove the internal soil body, wherein the enclosing structure is a U-shaped structure defined by a group of rectangular sunk wells which sink section by section respectively; the opening of the U-shaped structure faces the river channel, and the top surface is cast in place with continuous reinforced concrete top plates; two opposite walls of the U-shaped structure are spaced by a pre-cast concrete connecting beam; the bottom surface of the pre-cast concrete connecting beam clings to the bottom surface of the basin; the cavity of the rectangular sunk well is sequentially provided with a rubble layer, a bottom sealing concrete soil layer and a backfill sand layer from bottom to top. The combined concrete rectangular sunk well basin has the advantages of strong structural integrity and good stability, is simple to construct and convenient to operate and implement, does not need investment in special mechanical equipment and dedicated materials, imposes relatively little influence on neighbor buildings and structures during construction, and the like, and can be widely applied to the basin construction of river channels or seas.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a harbor basin, in particular to a harbor basin with a U-shaped enclosure formed by the construction of a rectangular caisson and a construction method thereof. Background technique [0002] In some factories near big rivers, it is more convenient and economical to transport equipment, materials and products by water than by land, especially for the transportation of super long and super high items. The maintenance structure of commonly used harbor basins is generally concrete retaining wall or steel sheet pile, because it is close to the river, the construction is more troublesome. The concrete retaining wall needs cofferdam excavation, the excavation depth is large, and the construction is difficult; the steel sheet pile support requires a large number of steel sheet piles, and generally needs to be anchored to prevent excessive deformation due to the upper cantilever, especially in soft soil on the construction site layer ...
