Abstract

The invention discloses a formed body for a dental department and a resin material for a dental department. The material of the formed body for a dental department is resin material. The resin material comprises 65%-90% of polypropylene by weight, 7%-25% of polyethylene or ethylene alpha olefin copolymer by weight, 0.01%-2% of magnesium stearate by weight, 0.001%-1% of one or two of titanium oxide and ferric oxide, and 0.0001%-1% of pigment. The total content of said components is above 90%. Experimental results show that the formed body for a dental department and the resin material for a dental department disclosed in the invention are proper in bending strength, suitable for human hardness, difficult for miscellaneous bacteria breeding and high in safety. There is no resin anaphylactic reaction. Bisphenol A cannot be dissolved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of materials, more specifically, to a dental molded body and a dental resin material. Background technique [0002] Dental moldings include denture beds, temporary crowns, artificial teeth, and orthodontic appliances, among which denture beds are representative. [0003] Conventionally, acrylic resins, polycarbonate resins, and the like have been used as resin materials for dental moldings. Acrylic resin has high water content, which is easy to breed miscellaneous bacteria; polycarbonate resin will dissolve bisphenol A, which disrupts endocrine. Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2002-224144 has reported that polypropylene or polyethylene is used in denture beds or dental bed orthodontic devices, but the impact resistance of polypropylene or polyethylene denture beds or dental bed orthodontic devices is small and easily damaged , therefore, has not reached the stage of practical application.
