The invention relates to a pipeline outer anticorrosion layer protective material. The pipeline outer anticorrosion layer protective material comprises a protective layer covering a pipeline and putty systems which are arranged on two ends of the protective layer, wherein the protective layer comprises a resin system and a fiber reinforcement; the resin system comprises E51 epoxy resin, E44 epoxy resin, modified fatty amine curing agent, low-molecular polyamide curing agent, 2,4,6-tris(dimethylaminomethyl) phenol accelerant, 2-ethyl-4methylimidazole accelerant and polymer epoxypropane butyl ether active diluting agent; the fiber reinforcement is ultrahigh-molecular-weight polyethylene fiber, carbon fiber, glass fiber, basalt fibers and a fabric made of the fibers, and the fabric is nonwoven cloth or unidirection cloth, plain cloth, twill and satin weave cloth; each putty system comprises E51 epoxy resin, E44 epoxy resin, modified fatty amine curing agent, low-molecular polyamide curing agent, 2-ethyl-4methylimidazole accelerant, silane coupling agent KH550, flexibilizer CYH-277 and glass beads. The pipeline outer anticorrosion layer protective material has the characteristics of scratch resistance, bending resistance, excellent impact resistance and convenience in construction.
