The main iron core column (1) is a single column with a constant cross section and is formed by superposing a plurality of iron core cakes with gaps. The working winding (2) is sheathed on the main iron core column (1); the first control iron core (5) and the second control iron core (6) are respectively orthogonal to the first side column (3) and the secondside column (4); and the first control winding (7) and the second control winding (8) are respectively sheathed on a first control side column (51) and a second control side column (61).
