Abstract

A simple fermentation method for acarbose, using Actinoplanessp or bacteria of the same genus as the fermentation bacteria, and the fermentation steps include: (1) shaking flask fermentation, (2) 100-L tank fermentation, (3) fermentation on 30-m3 tanks. The simple and easy fermentation method of acarbose described in the present invention, first, adopts Actinoplanessp or other strains of the same genus to study its fed-batch fermentation to produce acarbose on shake flasks and 100-L fermenters The carbon source control strategy of wave sugar, the results showed that the total sugar control concentration in the feeding stage, especially the concentration of maltose and glucose had a significant impact on the synthesis of acarbose.
