In order to explore the ratio of maltose and glucose to actinomycetes ( Actinoplanessp ) to produce acarbose by fermentation, using maltose and glucose as the carbon source of the feed medium, using seven different ratios, the mass ratios are 1:1, 1:0, 2:1, 3: 1, 4:1, 5:1 and 0:1. During the fed-batch fermentation in shake flasks, each shake flask was supplemented with the above ratio of feed medium at 72, 96 and 120 h, so that the total sugar concentration reached 30 g / L each time, The specific experimental results and variance analysis results are shown in Table 1.
