When conveyed to a position between the first transmission device and the second transmission device, the photovoltaic battery component is clamped and fixed by the first clamping device and the second clamping device and then vertically slides upwards to a safe position, and the driving device drives the first clamping device and the second clamping device to rotate, so the photovoltaic battery component is overturned.
