Abstract

A weight plate (200) for use with physical fitness equipment comprising a plate body with at least a main throughbore (203) and additional optional throughbores (201, 202) passing therethrough. The body aditionally has an internal bore (205) within the thickness of the plate body which intersects the main central throughbore (203). A spring loaded selector pin (701) is movably mounted within the internal bore (205) to selectively engage and disengage the plate body to a post (108) positioned in the main throughbore.
