Abstract

The invention provides a semi-submersible lifting living platform, which comprises an upper ship body and a lower ship body. A deck is arranged at the top of the upper ship body. The lower ship body comprises a first buoy and a second buoy with the volume being smaller than the volume of the first buoy. The first buoy is connected with the bottom of the upper ship body through two first stand columns. The second buoy is connected with the bottom of the upper ship body through two second stand columns. One of the first buoy and the second buoy is arranged on the larboard side of the semi-submersible lifting living platform, and the other is arranged on the starboard side of the semi-submersible lifting living platform. The platform additionally comprises at least one marine crane, which is arranged on the deck and is arranged on the same side of the semi-submersible lifting living platform as the first buoy.
