Abstract

The inner forming process lasts for four days, thereby shortening the production period, omitting the cockamamie sections, such as discharge, water washing, drying, and the like after formation and saving the production cost. Meanwhile, the polar plates are formed in the battery shell in the production process, and therefore, the acid mist is less, the pollution is low, and the body damage to workers is less than that of outer formation.
