Problems solved by technology

[0004] However, the traditional time-modulated interferometric spectrometer, that is, Michelson interferometer, has two main problems: ① Generally, auxiliary optical path is required, and the structure is complex; ② Poor stability, low environmental adaptability and anti-int

Example Embodiment

[0034] For the method for realizing multiple optical paths involved in the present invention, see figure 1 , Its preferred embodiment is:

[0035] The method is implemented by the following steps:

[0036] Step 1: Divide each reflective surface of the corner mirror into two areas within the effective aperture of the corner mirror, that is, the three surfaces of the corner mirror are divided into six areas by three partition lines: Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ , Ⅴ and Ⅵ. The division of these six areas meets the following requirements:

[0037] (1) Light travels within the effective aperture of the corner mirror. That is, the rays hitting the corner mirror are reflected once on each reflecting surface of the corner mirror and can be reflected back to the direction of the incident source.

[0038] (2) Relying on the incident direction of the light and the position of the incident point, and dividing the corner mirror according to the path of the light reflected in the corner mirror.

[0039] (3) The pa...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method and a device for implementing multiple light paths. The device comprises an angle mirror and a refraction lens group, wherein the refraction lens group is arranged on an emergent light path of the angle mirror. The device has a simple structure; the light path is relatively easy to adjust, and engineering is convenient to implement. According to the method for implementing the multiple light paths, 6*2<N> (N is equal to an integer more than zero) light paths are formed; and a light beam is repeatedly reflected by many times in the multi-light-path device, so that the number of effective light paths is increased remarkably and the detection sensitivity is improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of optical technology, and relates to a method and a device for realizing multiple optical paths. Background technique [0002] Spectroscopy is an important means to obtain material structure and chemical composition, determine the content of material elements, and study atomic energy levels. It has been widely used in industrial and agricultural production, scientific research, environmental monitoring, aerospace remote sensing and other fields. [0003] The emergence of interferometric spectrometers overcomes the shortcomings of low energy utilization of traditional dispersive spectrometers (splitter prisms, dispersive prisms, and diffraction gratings, etc.), while time-modulated interferometric spectrometers inherit the advantages of traditional interferometric spectrometers and integrate multiple channels (Felleget advantages) , high throughput (Jacquinot advantage), high wave number accuracy (Connes advantage), l...
