Problems solved by technology

As a pharmaceutical raw material, Yantuo can only rely entirely on mining wild Yantuo. Since Yantuo mainly grows in high-altitude areas, its growth rate is slow. Excavating wild Yantuo as a pharmaceutical raw material has led to a serious shortage of Yantuo resources, which cannot meet Therefore, it is meaningful to study the scientific cultivation methods and standardized planting techniques of Yantuo, as well as interplanting techniques in forests

Embodiment 1

[0015] Implementation location: Sayingpan Town, Luquan County, Kunming City, Yunnan Province

[0016] (1) Forest land selection: select forest land with an altitude of 2200m and a shade degree of 40%;

[0017] (2) Soil preparation: carry out deep plowing and fine plowing of the forest soil, the plowing depth is 25-30cm, and after plowing, apply 2500kg of decomposed manure per mu to make the soil fine and flat;

[0018] (3) Selection of planting and disinfection: Select Yantuo tubers that are disease-free and have a fresh weight of 50-52g as plantings. The selected plantings are sterilized with 50% carbendazim diluted 600 times for 10 minutes, and then rinsed with water for 3 times; said percentage is mass fraction;

[0019] (4) Sowing: On October 25, the planting described in step (3) was interplanted in the forest, with a row spacing of 35 cm and a plant spacing of 17 cm; after planting, cover the soil with 3-5 cm.

[0024] Embodiment 2 is the same as Embodiment 1 except that the following measures are different, and will not be repeated here.

[0025] Experimental location: Sayingpan Town, Luquan County, Kunming City, Yunnan Province.

[0026] (1) Selection of forest land: select a forest land with an altitude of 2400m and a shade degree of 45%;

[0027] (2) Soil preparation: After turning the soil, apply 3000kg of decomposed manure per mu.

[0028] (3) Plant selection and disinfection: the fresh weight of the plant is 53-55g, and the selected plant is diluted 700 times with 50% carbendazim for disinfection for 20 minutes, and then rinsed with water for 4 times;

[0029] (4) Sowing: interplant the planting described in step (3) in the forest on November 5, with a row spacing of 38 cm and a plant spacing of 19 cm;

[0030] (5) Weeding and topdressing: When the seedlings grow 5-7cm after planting, topdress 55kg of superphosphate and 4.5kg of urea per mu;

Abstract

The invention relates to a cultivation method for interplanting featherleaf rodgersflower in a forest. The cultivation method comprises the following steps: selecting a forest land with the elevation of 2200-2600m and the woodland shading degree of 40-50%; applying 2500-3000kg of animal manures or composts to each mu of area after the soil is prepared and turned; selecting healthy featherleaf rodgersflower tubers with the fresh weight of 50-60g as cultivating seeds; disinfecting the cultivating seeds by use of 600-800 times of 50% carbendazim liquid for 10-30 minutes, and then washing with clean water; from the last ten-day period of October to the middle ten-day period of November, planting in the forest, wherein the line space is 35-40cm and the row space is 17-20cm; after the cultivating seeds grow into 5-7cm seedlings, applying 45kg-55kg of calcium superphosphates and 4-5kg of urea to each mu of area; and topping after no seed is leaved for planting and before the flowers are bloomed. According to the cultivation method, the number of the new radical buds grown on the old roots of the featherleaf rodgersflower is 75.9% higher than the reference average number and the dry weight of the root stocks of the new radical buds after growing for 1 year is 320% higher than the reference average dry weight.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of medicinal plant cultivation, and in particular relates to a cultivation method for interplanting rock tuo under forests. Background technique [0002] Yan Tuo ( Rodgersia sambucifo1ia Hemsl.) also known as the Southwest Ghost Lantern, belongs to Saxifragaceae (Saxifragaceae) Ghost Lantern ( Rodgersia Hemsl .) Perennial herb, mainly distributed in Yunnan, Sichuan, and Guizhou in forests, shrubs, meadows or rock crevices at an altitude of 1800-3650 m in China; it is used as medicine with rhizomes, tastes bitter, astringent, flat in nature, has Antitussive and expectorant effects, used to treat chronic bronchitis and other diseases; included in the Yunnan Provincial Drug Standard (1974) and the Chinese Pharmacopoeia (1977); contains petrin, catechin, fatty acid, gallic acid, arbutin , quercetin, kaempferol and other coumarins, flavonoids, sugars, tannins and other ingredients. Petgenin is its main activ...
