Abstract

The invention discloses a device and a method for non-specific rapid enrichment and purification of bacteria in a liquid sample. The device comprises a control system and a flow path system, wherein the flow path system comprises an adsorption column, a buffer solution bottle, a magnetic separation column, a sample discharge pipe, a waste liquid bottle and a pipe communicated with the individual components; a three-way valve A is connected with the buffer solution bottle, a three-way valve B is connected with the sample discharge pipe, and a three-way valve C is connected with the waste liquid bottle; a heating block is arranged at the bottom of the adsorption column; a temperature sensor is attached on the bottom wall of the inner cavity of the adsorption column; the magnetic separation column is surrounded by the poles of an electromagnet; and a main control module controls a peristaltic micropump, the three-way valves A, B and C, the heating block and the electromagnet.
