The antistatic PVC granular material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 90-100 parts of PVV SG-3, 70-85 parts of a toughening agent DOP (Dioctyl Phthalate), 4-5.5 parts of a composite stabilizer, 1-3 parts of stearate, 35-48 parts of a filling agent, 0.2-0.5 part of an initiator, 3-5 parts of a reactive monomer TAIC (Triallyl Isocyanurate), 4-6 parts of epoxy ethane and 1-3 parts of ethylene epoxide.
