[0025] The subjects of the study were mainly two groups of patients with simple thyroid nodules and papillary thyroid carcinoma who were first admitted to the hospital for pathological diagnosis after surgical resection due to thyroid nodules. Blood samples were drawn intravenously on an empty stomach in the early morning of the second day after the two groups were admitted to the hospital without any treatment. Another group of research objects is the blood samples of normal medical examiners whose age and sex are similar to those of the above two groups.
