Abstract

The novel membrane filtering system is characterized in that two ends of the membrane shell are provided with water inlets; at least two membrane elements are arranged; a central produced water collecting tube is arranged at the center of the membrane shell in a running through way; the central produced water collecting tube passes through the membrane shell and the centres of the end covers and passes through the centres of the membrane elements; a filtered water guiding device is mounted on the central produced water collecting tube; bypass distribution tubes are formed between outer walls of the membrane elements and inner walls of the membrane shell; and the opening end of the water inlet is connected with the bypass distribution tubes. The novel membrane filtering system provided by the invention has the characteristics of simple structure, low cost, uniform water distribution of the membrane elements, greatly reduced cross contamination possibility, easiness in processing and capability of greatly increasing sewage filtering efficiency.
