This invention discloses a
combined treatment tank and process for
fluoride-containing
wastewater, belonging to the field of
fluoride-containing
wastewater treatment technology. The invention includes a homogenization tank, a high-efficiency inclined plate
sedimentation unit, a
sludge conditioning tank, and an online influent monitoring chamber. The high-efficiency inclined plate
sedimentation unit includes a distribution tank, a
mixing tank, a
flocculation tank, a
sedimentation zone, a
sludge zone, a clear water zone, and an
effluent channel. This invention uses a
combined treatment tank integrating the homogenization tank, the online influent monitoring chamber, the high-efficiency inclined plate sedimentation unit, and the
sludge conditioning tank to treat
fluoride-containing
wastewater. This allows for the combination of various irregular processes into a more regular-looking tank shape, shortening the construction length of
sewage pipe networks, improving treatment efficiency, reducing
land occupation, and reducing construction and transportation costs. The distribution tank helps balance the influent volume of the
treatment system, homogenizes the
water quality of the fluoride-containing wastewater, makes the water distribution more uniform, and enables subsequent treatment units to operate stably, improving treatment stability and defluorination efficiency.
