Abstract

The invention discloses a method for detecting freshness of grass carp by using an electronic nose. The method comprises the following steps of: putting a grass carp sample to be detected into a sample container, and standing for 30 minutes; inserting a sample introduction needle of the electronic nose into the sample container at normal temperature, simultaneously inserting an air filter filled with active carbon into the sample container to balance air pressure, and starting the electronic nose to suck the gas emitted by the stood sample into an electronic nose gas chamber; detecting the gas emitted by the sample through a gas sensor array in the electronic nose gas chamber for 50 seconds; and acquiring data acquired by the gas sensor array, processing the acquired data, and assessing the freshness of the grass carp according to the data processing result. The method has the advantages of being simple in analysis process, low in sample consumption, accurate and low in cost, and easy to popularize.
