[0062] Screening of Indoor Toxicity Test Agents for Captan and Copper Calcium Sulfate against Grape Downy Mildew

[0063] The indoor toxicity of different ratios of captan and copper calcium sulfate to grape downy mildew was determined by spraying method.

[0064] According to Sun Yunpei's method, the toxicity index of each agent and the co-toxicity coefficient (CTC value) of the mixture are calculated. When CTC≤80, the composition exhibits antagonistic effect; when 80≤CTC≤120, the composition exhibits additive effect. Effect, when CTC≥120, the composition exhibits a synergistic effect.

[0065] Actual Toxicity Index (ATI)=(standard drug EC50 / test drug EC50)×100

[0066] Theoretical toxicity index (TTI) = toxicity index of agent A × percentage of A in the mixture + toxicity index of agent B × percentage of B in the mixture

[0067] Co-toxicity coefficient (CTC) = [mixture measured toxicity index (ATI) / mixture theoretical toxicity index (TTI)] × 100

Abstract

The invention relates to a sterilization composition containing captan and copper calcium sulfate and application of the sterilization composition. The sterilization composition contains the captan and the copper calcium sulfate which serve as active ingredients. According to the active ingredients, the weight ratio of the captan to the copper calcium sulfate is 1:100-100:1. The captan and the copper calcium sulfate which serve as the active ingredients account for 5 to 90 percent of the weight of the composition. The sterilization composition containing the captan and the copper calcium sulfate is applied to prevention and control of germ harm to grains, fruits, vegetables and economic crops. By compounding the captan and the copper calcium sulfate, a synergistic effect is achieved, and the composition can be used for treating fungal and bacterial diseases in soil, has multiple purposes and widens the disease preventing spectrum; and the consumption of the copper calcium sulfate is reduced, so that the composition is safe in use. The composition, which is used for treating the soil or soaking (mixing) seeds, can prevent seed rotting and root rotting caused by soil diseases, ensure complete seedlings and relieve diseases at a seedling stage, and has a good effect.

Description

Technical field [0001] The present invention involves a sterilization composition that contains Captan and COOPER CALCIUM SULPHATE as active ingredients. The present invention also involves a bactericidal composition containing germ, fruits, vegetables, and economic crops that contain a bactericidal composition containing gramidine and copper sulfate calcium. The present invention also involves a sterilization composition containing the activated components of Coba and Copper sulfate to protect the plant reproductive material and the use of the then plant organs that grows. The present invention also involves the use of sterilization compositions containing active components of germ sulfate and copper sulfate calcium to the use of fungal and bacteria that are used to prevent the soil or rotten fungus. Background technique [0002] In the production of gardening crops and dry work, crops will encounter various diseases in infection of a variety of fungi or bacteria, and often have va...
