Embodiment 1
[0024] A method for the comprehensive utilization of plant ash in a biomass power plant, using the plant ash in a biomass power plant to prepare potassium salts and adsorbents, the process flow is as follows figure 1 ,Specific steps are as follows:
[0025] 1) Plant ash leaching: use deionized water as a solvent to extract plant ash produced by biomass power plants, wherein the mass content of potassium oxide is 7.54%, the mass ratio of gray to water is 1:2, and the leaching temperature is 70°C. The time is 2 hours, the stirring speed is 250r / min, so that the deionized water fully dissolves the soluble potassium salt in the plant ash.
[0026] 2) Solid-liquid separation: use a suction filtration device to separate the solid-liquid mixture, and ensure the separation effect, so that the residual potassium salt solution in the ash is as small as possible. Test the filtrate concentration with Baume meter to be 3~5°Bé.
[0027] 3) Preparation of potassium salt: The potassium filt...
Embodiment 2
[0032] A method for comprehensive utilization of plant ash in a biomass power plant, using the plant ash in a biomass power plant to prepare potassium salt and an adsorbent, the specific steps are as follows:
[0033] 1) Plant ash leaching: use deionized water as solvent to leaching the plant ash produced by biomass power plants for many times, in which the mass content of potassium oxide is 7.54%, the mass ratio of gray to water is 1:8, and the leaching temperature is 40°C. The leaching time is 4 hours, and the stirring speed is 250r / min, so that the deionized water can fully dissolve the soluble potassium salt in the plant ash.
[0034] 2) Solid-liquid separation: use a suction filtration device to separate the solid-liquid mixture, and ensure the separation effect, so that the residual potassium salt solution in the ash is as small as possible. Test the filtrate concentration with Baume meter to be 3~5°Bé.

Abstract
The invention provides a comprehensive utilization method of plant ash for a biomass power plant. The method comprises the following steps: extracting sylvite and preparing an adsorbent, wherein plant ash generated by combustion in a power plant is extracted with deionized water, and soluble sylvite in the plant ash is dissolved, and the sylvite is obtained by distilling and crystallizing the sylvite solution after solid and liquid are separated; activating the plant ash slag which is subjected to sylvite extraction with alkaline, is washed with acid or deionized water until the mixture is neutral, and is baked, grinded, screened and granulated to obtain the adsorbent. According to the method, the plant ash generated in combustion in the biomass power plant can be sufficiently utilized, waste is changed to be profitable, the problem of solid waste generated in the biomass power plant can be effectively solved, environmentally-friendly and economical popularization and operation of the biomass power plant can be facilitated. The method has the advantages of excellent economical, environmental and social benefits, simple process, low cost, and convenience for scale production.
Description
technical field [0001] The invention relates to a treatment method for solid waste, in particular to a method for comprehensive utilization of plant ash from a biomass power plant. The method utilizes the plant ash produced by the biomass power plant to prepare potassium salt and an adsorbent. Background technique [0002] Biomass power generation technology originated in the 1970s. After the outbreak of the global oil crisis, Denmark began to actively develop clean and renewable energy and vigorously promote biomass power generation such as straw. Since 1990, biomass power generation has been vigorously developed in many European and American countries. Biomass power generation technologies mainly include biomass gasification power generation and direct combustion power generation. In recent years, biomass power plants that use rice straw as the main raw material for power generation have developed in my country. Taking Jiangsu Province as an example, 11 straw power gener...
