An upper lock core and a lower lock core are arranged in series in a center hole of the lock cylinder, and are positioned with pin bolts through a limiting groove in a matching mode. A stopping groove is formed on bottom surface of the upper lock core along the periphery of a keyhole, and a spring and a stopping column are arranged at positions corresponding to the stopping groove on the top surface of the lower lock core. An anti-theft hole is formed at the bottom end of a keyhole of the lower lock core, and a transmission piece is connected to the lower end of the lower lock core. During normal unlocking, keys are completely inserted into the keyholes of the upper lock core and the lower lock core, and are rotated to unlock a lockset. During abnormal unlocking, the lower lock core cannot be driven to rotate by rotating the upper lock core.
