The method comprises the vertical assembling and the horizontal assembling; a front installation edge and axial sizes of a third cylinder, and the front installation edge and axial sizes of a fourth cylinder are measured; a first support and a second support are adjusted to be horizontal by using a leveling instrument; the fourth cylinder is put on a platform; the third cylinder is assembled on the fourth cylinder by using a process guide piece at the vertical state; the third cylinder and the fourth cylinder which are assembled are hoisted up vertically and turned to the horizontal state; a second cylinder is arranged on the platform vertically; a fifth cylinder is turned over to be horizontal by using a length-adjustable hoisting tool; the first cylinder and the second cylinder which are assembled are hoisted up vertically; the assembled cylinders are turned over to the horizontal state; and the hoisting tool is dismantled so as to realize the preassembling of the turbine.
