Abstract

The invention provides a hollow plate forming method and a device and a finished product. The hollow plate forming method comprises the following steps of providing a module unit having a module hole and a plurality of flow channels communicated with the module hole. A first plastic mixed by newly-produced plastic and recycling plastic is injected in two flow channels, and the newly-produced plastic is injected in another two flow channels, and then melting plastic is heated and guided to the module hole to be extruded. The first plastic is guided to the module hole to be extruded with two first plate layers. The newly-produced plastic is guided to the module hole to be extruded with two second plate layers which are respectively pasted to two opposite outer sides of the first plate layer, forming the hollow plate. With the adoption of the newly-produced plastic and the recycling plastic, the hollow plate formed by compressing has plate layers in different materials, and thereby environment-protective producing can be realized.
