Problems solved by technology

[0005] The technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a method that can solve the defects that the speckle structured light projected by the existing speckle-based method is fixed, so that the equipment requirements of the image sensor are relatively high and the equipment is less flexible. A system that controls the specular reflection device as needed to generate a structured light pattern suitable for the measurement object, and simultaneously controls the image sensor to scan the required area for surface reconstruction of the object

Abstract

The invention relates to an object surface reconstruction system. The object surface reconstruction system comprises an illumination component, an image sensor, a controller and a data processing unit, wherein the illumination component comprises a light source and a mirror reflection device, and the mirror reflection device is used for reflecting light emitted by the light source to a target area to form a preset structured light pattern; the image sensor is used for gradually exposing to shoot a projection image of the structured light pattern in at least part of area in the target area; the controller is used for controlling the exposure area of the image sensor to be synchronous with the projection area of structured light reflected by the mirror reflection device; and the data processing unit comprises a memory, a processor and an input / output device, wherein the memory is used for storing a reference image which is shot in advance, and the processor is used for receiving the projection image of the structured light pattern in a real-time manner through the input / output device, getting the reference image from the memory, calculating the displacement value of the projection image from the structured light pattern in the reference image which is shot in advance and calculating three-dimensional point cloud data of an object in the target area.

Description

[0001] This application is a divisional application of an invention patent application with the filing date of January 27, 2011, the application number of 201110029945.2, and the title of "A System and Method for Object Surface Reconstruction". technical field [0002] The invention relates to a three-dimensional image reconstruction technology, more specifically, to a system for object surface reconstruction. Background technique [0003] Point cloud data is the points obtained by direct sampling of the surface of the object by using the 3D scanning equipment. These points are the initial and most direct representation of the surface of the 3D model. By analyzing the point cloud data, the geometric surface of the model can be reconstructed. [0004] There are many ways to acquire object point clouds. Common methods include using structured light image information to acquire point cloud data, and binocular visible light image information to acquire data. The existing speckl...
