Problems solved by technology

However, in multicast applications, since there is only one source node and many target nodes, finding a relay node for each target node with poor channel quality will cause a great waste of resources, so the traditional single Multicast cooperative communication MAC protocol is not suitable for multicast application
At present, most of the multicast MAC protocols are in the stage of using multiple unicasts to simulate a multicast, and its efficiency is conceivably not high.

Embodiment

[0043] Figure 5a , Figure 5b is an example scenario, where A is the source node, and B and C are the destination nodes. B has a packet error during transmission ( Figure 5a ), thus requesting node C to perform cooperative retransmission ( Figure 5b ). The channel quality between A and B is poor, and the channel quality between B and C is better.

[0044] Image 6 It is the MAC protocol diagram shown. Take the three nodes A, B, and C as an example. The figure includes the transmission process of RTS, CTS, DATA, ACK, NACK and RTR. Image 6 It is the working method of the entire MAC protocol.

[0045] In the first step, node A sends RTS, and B and C are responsible for receiving it. The RTS contains the addresses of all destination nodes. Since there are only two destination nodes B and C on the way, the address of the destination node occupies 12 bytes in the RTS; in the MAC layer protocol, the RTS represents the source node’s statement on the initiation of the sessio...

Abstract

The invention relates to a cooperative communication method based on a reliable multicast MAC (Media Access Control) layer protocol. The method comprises the following steps of: 1) requesting data from an adjacent target node with good channel quality when an error occurs in the node with a poor channel during transmission, and using the target node as a relay node; and 2) forwarding a data packet to the user of a next article by the relay node, and simultaneously sending the data to the node in which the error occurs through the utilization of wireless communication broadcasting properties. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages that reliable communication service can be provided, the total flow of a network is increased, the tree-like transmission properties of multicasting self are sufficiently utilized, and the problem of concealing and exposing stations in wireless communication is successfully solved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a wireless communication technology, in particular to a cooperative communication method based on a reliable multicast MAC layer protocol. Background technique [0002] In a computer network, it is generally divided into five layers: physical layer, data link layer, network layer, transport layer and application layer. The protocol design in the MAC (Media Access Control) sublayer of the data link layer has always been a hot topic of research in the industry. Traditional multicast is generally used in multimedia applications such as video and audio. Such applications allow a certain fault tolerance rate and do not require reliable data connections. However, many applications recently require reliable data connections. For example: multicast application of one-to-many multi-terminal data file transmission, one-to-many multicast system between teachers and students in schools, etc. These applications require reliable data trans...
