An FC message sending mechanism is formulated, an FC message sending API interface used for sending application data is included, and the method comprises: extracting application information and application data, obtaining FC sending communication information, assembling the application information and the application data into FC data, assembling an FC data frame, sending the FC data frame and the like. The invention further provides an FC message receiving mechanism. The FC message receiving mechanism comprises an FC message receiving API interface used for receiving application data, analyzing FC data, constructing API interface output parameters and the like. According to the invention, the system application message transmission is independent from the FC network topology structure, the network configurationand the message transmission, i.e., the changes of the system application message planning, the scale and the like are irrelevant to the FC network topology structure, the network configuration and the message transmission.
