The method may also include performing measurements on the second component carrier and on the first component carrier comprising a second bandwidth part of the first component carrier and a first bandwidth part of the first component carrier. The method may further include receiving, from the network element based on the measurements, a scheduling restriction on the second bandwidth part of the first component carrier. Additionally, the method may include restricting transmission to the network element based on the scheduling restriction.
